Swelling of left lower extremity.
Summary of findings
Free-floating thrombus in the left popliteal vein. A steady-state MRA with Gadofosveset i.v. offers a robust alternative to the often laborious conventional phlebography because of the easy procedure and excellent detailed resolution.
